I paid but don't see my credits

Stay on the page after Stripe sends you back; the credits are added in a few seconds. If you closed it, email us your Stripe receipt and we'll restore them.

I cleared my browser and lost my credits

Email your Stripe receipt and we'll send you a link that restores them in your browser.

Some files fail to convert

Very large images (over ~50 megapixels) can run out of browser memory — resize them first or use the Mac app. HEIC opens only in Safari.

Where is "Convert to WebP" on Mac?

Select images in Finder, right-click, then Services › Convert to WebP. If it isn't listed, open the app once, then check System Settings › Keyboard › Keyboard Shortcuts › Services.
