These terms are between you and ANNMAR LIMITED (company no. 16014219), 111 Bedford Way, Scunthorpe, DN15 8GF. By using the website or the apps you agree to them. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the converter. You must not attack, overload or reverse-engineer the payment server or bypass the free limit or credits.

Website credits

The website converts 3 images per browser per day free of charge. Extra conversions use credits bought through Stripe (currently £0.49 for 10). One credit converts one image. Credits do not expire, are tied to the browser that bought them, and have no cash value. Prices include VAT where applicable.

App purchases

The iPhone, iPad and Mac app is a one-time purchase through Apple's App Store (one purchase covers all three). Apple's terms (the Apple Media Services Terms and Licensed Application End User License Agreement) apply to App Store purchases.

Your images

You keep all rights to your images and are responsible for having the right to convert them. Conversion happens on your device. Keep your originals: converted files can differ in quality, colour or metadata (for example location data is not copied).

Liability

The service is provided with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data you did not back up. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the version and date above will change. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
